BORACAY
Boracay has a lot of water activities available, it has great variety of restaurants, a vibrant nightlife and beautiful sunsets… This is our second time in Boracay, there were gloomy times of the day on this second visit and sometimes it can be too cloudy and the beautiful orange sunset is not achieved but nevertheless still a beautiful sight to behold. We stayed at Ferra Hotel, it’s a new hotel which is just a 5 minute walk from D’mall (main commercial and shopping center). They have super nice staffs! JAPAN
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” -St. Augustine of Hippo On our first day in Japan, we got confused on directions and the ticketing machine in Japanese, I think we really looked very confused because a Japanese woman suddenly approached us and helped us with the machine and even volunteered to help us get to our hotel since it was just near her workplace… After leaving our luggages in our Hotel in Osaka we did not waste time and already headed to Kyoto’s Tenryu-ji Temple and Fushimi Inari Shrine. We already planned on visiting a lot of sites on our first…

Bangkok, Thailand
Second time in Bangkok, we first visited this country while I was in grade school. We already visited most popular temples or sites during that time so on this second visit the highlight was Thai food. We even attended a cooking class. We had our cooking class at Sompong Thai Cooking Class, this was just half day. Our favorite Khao Kluk Kapi or Thai Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste. Lovely presentation. We weren’t able to visit Ayutthaya as planned so instead we decided to see Wat Arun once again. Wat Arun was under renovation when we visited, but still one of the most stunning temples in Bangkok. Asiatique The Riverfront…

This is the kind of feeling that I always seek to feel whenever I travel, it’s my type of high, travelling has always been something of spiritual to me because it is my way of connecting to God, to people and to myself. We went to Coron, Palawan to attend the wonderful wedding of my bestfriend’s eldest sister. I am certainly a fan of destination weddings by now… haha! I wonder who’s destination…

BULA!
BULA, in Fijian terms means life, it is the word they use for hello, goodbye, and many more. Expect to hear this word wherever you go in Fiji. The fijians we encountered here were so friendly, I really liked their culture. We went to Fiji mainly to attend my cousin’s wedding which was held at the InterContinental. This was my first destination wedding to attend, and it was beautiful Fiji was so captivating, we were able to visit InterContinental’s Natadola Beach, Shangri-la’s Yanuca Beach, and 2 Islands of the Mamanucas (pronounced as Mamanuthas) namely Tivua Island which is a Private Island of the Captain Cook Cruises and Treasure Island which we…
