Kiehl’s

Kiehl’s is definitely one of my favorite skin care brands, I just love that it incorporates natural ingredients in its range of products.

In this blog post I am going to review some of Kiehl’s products that I have tried.

Cilantro & Orange Pollutant Defending Masque

This is my go to mask when my face looks dull from sun exposure or other skin aggressors… I just apply this in the evening and I wake up with a brightened and radiant skin. Since I am a fan of cilantro I am not very surprised that I loved how it smelled, it’s refreshing. *although others may find the scent to be strong.

What I usually do is apply a thin layer of this mask on my face and I leave it until morning.

I swear it has this glowing effect on me upon waking up. I super love this mask!

Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque

This product was suggested by a Kiehl’s rep for acne and oily prone skin.

Unlike the Cilantro and Orange Face Masque, I didn’t find an immediate result with this one. My face feels cleaner and tighter after using this mask but I don’t think it helped much on my oiliness.

I usually use this once to twice a week for cleaner pores.

 

Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Cream

This is my favorite moisturizer for the summer! I just love how it is easily absorbed by the skin, it does not break me out and it’s very lightweight, it even has this cooling effect on the skin. The only downside I can think of is its strong alcohol scent.

Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado

This is the best under eye product I have used so far, it’s very moisturizing and it does help with the eye puffiness. The consistency is also very nice, you wouldn’t need to worry about the product reaching your eyes.

I also use this product under makeup and it works so well.

Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Serum

I wish this product worked on my skin, I really do… but I breakout when I use it. I mainly bought this product for my acne marks because this was suggested for that purpose, but nothing happened. I even tried using it for weeks (yes, amidst the breaking out part) because I thought it might just be my skin adjusting to the product but still no improvement.
