Zara’s shop from home

Did you know that Zara launched its online store last October 2019. yay!

… and did you know that due to the quarantine other brands from the Inditex clothing company which the SSI Group, Inc. is carrying in the Philippines such as Pull and Bear, Stradivarius, Bershka and Zara has the option now to ship from store?!

So if you can’t find what you’re looking for from their website, you may now contact a specific branch in Manila to inquire about the items and they’ll arrange the delivery of the items to you.

Btw, payment is thru fund transfer…

This option is also very handy during sale season as items from their website usually gets out of stock fast.

If interested, you may send an email at customerservice@ssigroup.com.ph and they’ll forward you to their Zara team.

After paying thru fund transfer I received my orders after 4 days, faster than ordering through their website based on my experience.

 

Also, shoutout to Franz Moral of ZARA MOA who assisted me patiently… she even sent me photos of the the actual items I was looking for and has given me great suggestions regarding other items.

Tip:

I figured stores answer your queries faster if you send an e-mail to SSI first, maybe this is because they’ll be able to notify the store quickly.

It’s better to check the availability of the items you’re looking for in their website/app before sending an e-mail.
